This paper provides an overview of how Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT) has changed library search, how AI is used to information search, and how AI is evaluated in the context of broad information management and from a practical standpoint. The conclusion is that the restricted development of AI is due to the fact that many information management activities are actually information processing tasks with shallow depth, rather than just the lack of development in AI itself. We can illustrator that ChatGPT's capacity to produce precise MARC records by means of experiments. The study examines current research on artificial intelligence in libraries and comes to the conclusion that more investigation and advancement of this cutting-edge technology are required to guarantee itsresponsible application in the field of library cataloguing.
